* 10% co-pay applies to all coverage. Routine care coverage is a policy endorsement and included above in the Preferred and Basic plans. $50 per incident deductible on accident and illness only. Annual payment and plans for senior pets are also available. Please call for details.
$50 deductible applies to accident and illness claims. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Pets must be 8 weeks to 9 years old to enroll. After initial enrollment, coverage is renewable for the life of your pet.
